DR. ALI SOOFASTAEIe
Ali is working as the CEO of Soofastaei Institute. He completed his Ph.D. at UQ in the field of AI applications in mining engineering. Ali has been involved in industrial research and development projects in several industries, including oil and gas (Royal Dutch Shell), steel (Danieli), and mining (BHP, Rio Tinto, and Vale). He has more than 15 years of academic experience as an Assistant Professor and leader of global research activities.
MILLARD FOLGER
Millard is the Deputy CEO of soofastaei-Institute. He has graduated in MS. Data science and analysis with a demonstrated history of working in the mining industry. He skilled in Negotiation, Money Marketing, Sales Management, and Public Speaking. Millard is passionate about digging into data to gain information that is needed. Studying in MS. Data science and analysis equips him with statistic knowledge and numerous tools.
DR. ASIEH HEKMAT
GABRIELA JACHIMEK
Gabriela is working as the Client Service Manager of Soofastaei Institute. She has a master’s degree in Digital Project Management and Consulting from ESCP Business School in Germany. She is responsible for the market managing department, managing call centers, planning, data analysis, consultancy in all areas of customer service, and social media manager in our company.
SYLWIA MENDEL
Sylwia is working as the Client Service Manager of Soofastaei Institute. She has a master’s degree in Strategic Management from the University of Innsbruck in Austria. She has been working with us for four years to resolve complex customer inquiries, maintain customer satisfaction, supervise the customer service team, technical writing, and contribute to company success.
MARTINA KRUNK
Martina is working as the Executive Assistant of Soofastaei Institute. She has a master’s degree in the International Business Program from the University of Warsaw. She has more than ten years of experience in international event and conference management. She has developed many skills such as event planning and organization, hospitality management, and team management.
